Academic Architecture & Frontline Readiness
Welcome to the Academic Department of Renewed Purpose Leadership Fellowship Inc. (RPLF). Operating under our Acts 2 Leadership Network, our curriculum is specifically designed to bypass the traditional, debt-heavy educational system. We offer called marketplace professionals, public servants, and ministry assets an elite, synchronized learning track that is tuition-free, funded by donors.
Our localized, community-sustained framework balances a deep, non-denominational biblical perspective deeply rooted in historic Reformed theological orthodoxy with an intensive, progressive 4-Tier Emergency Medical Curriculum. To ensure high-utility competence, students are placed in synchronized peer cohorts and progress through lectures, reading blocks, and structured catechism checkpoints at the same weekly pace under the active oversight of regional Regents.
The Core Educational Pillars
Educational Pillars
To earn an institutional credential, certificate, diploma, or formal ministry license under the corporate sovereignty of our Moderator, Dr. Edwin V. Blount, all cohort candidates must master our three academic pillars:
Historical-Grammatical Hermeneutics & Systematic Theology
Students undergo rigorous training in literal biblical interpretation using the English Standard Version (ESV) to master original-context exegesis. Tracking-locked modules require students to pass systematic catechism checkpoints, ensuring an uncompromised understanding of historic Reformed theological roots.
Principles of Marketplace Ethics & Relational Leadership
Engineered to transform your active professional career into an intentional spiritual calling. This path trains working leaders to manage corporate organizations with uncompromised ethical standards and facilitates specialized training in relationship counseling, emotional triage, and group facilitation.
The 4-Tier Emergency Medical & Diagnostic Curriculum
We offer no virtual bypasses or theoretical alternatives for our physical labs. Cohort members must pass hands-on, live-lab evaluations—moving from Tier 1 basic life support up to Tier 2 MARCH trauma triage, Tier 3 peripheral IV line cannulation/phlebotomy, and Tier 4 portable Handheld POCUS Ultrasound and 12-lead EKG diagnostic mapping.
The Academic Achievement Hierarchy
Progression through our academic tracks is strictly monitored, establishing clear milestones for student credibility and field-readiness:
Catechist (Vetted Learner Baseline): Conferred upon students who complete their initial core coursework, log forty (40) hours of verified on-site field volunteering, and successfully maintain an institutional GPA of 2.5 or higher.
Regent (Administrative Supervisor): Advanced status awarded to leaders who master non-profit architecture, successfully defend a formal grant proposal, and are authorized to coordinate regional extension training campuses.
Canon or Almoner (Advanced Lifelong Office): The highest achievement within the fellowship. Canons are commissioned as guardians of our historic doctrinal baseline. Almoners are deployed as certified advocates for preventive health, active wellness, and financial transitivity, fully prepared to coordinate peer-support counseling and distribute crowdfunded medical-trauma tools in active crisis fields.
