Ecclesiastical Licensing & Ordination Pathways
Renewed Purpose Leadership Fellowship Inc. (RPLF) provides an elite, highly structured ecclesiastical pathway for qualified candidates pursuing recognized ministry credentials, aligned with the Christian Leaders Alliance (CLA). Aligned with our Acts 2 Leadership Network, this unified framework enables cohort members to secure formal ministerial credentials entirely debt-free as they progress through comprehensive academic, theological, and practical studies.
To maintain an uncompromised institutional standard and strict curriculum containment, RPLF avoids generalized title clutter and evaluates candidates along explicit, rigorous operational tracks. Progression requires continuous, verified character oversight, mandatory weekly peer-cohort check-ins, and clear completion of our hands-on clinical medical training.
Vetted Clergy Tracks of the Fellowship
Through our structured framework, cohort members are systematically evaluated for formal ecclesiastical credentials, advancing through clear milestones toward lifelong institutional offices:
Christian Officiant Licensing (Initial Clergy Gate)
Equips candidates with the vital legal, administrative, and liturgical competencies required to solemnize marriages, officiate funerals, and lead sacred ordinances. This serves as the mandatory initial benchmark, ensuring that all active clergy are fully trained to conduct public relational ceremonies in full structural and legal compliance.
Licensed Ministry Leader / Canon of the Faith (Ministry Track)
Engineered for established leaders called to direct non-profits, oversee church programs, plant localized ministries, or serve as regional supervisors. Upon successfully completing their advanced Reformed systematic theology modules and fulfilling their weekly peer-group accountability logs, graduates of this track are officially commissioned into the lifelong office of Canon, serving as guardians of our historic doctrinal baseline.
Vetted Community Care Provider / Almoner of the Church (Marketplace Tracks)
Attain full ecclesiastical ordination backed by a minimum of 80 hours of verified, hands-on clinical and administrative field experience inside local healthcare settings, corporate environments, and business spaces. Graduates of these marketplace paths are officially commissioned into the lifelong office of Almoner, fully prepared to act as disciplined advocates for preventative health, financial transitivity, and high-utility trauma stabilization in times of crisis.
The Ordination Evaluation Framework
Doctrinal Clearance: The candidate must successfully complete all core RPLF Catechist tracks and peer-proctored exegesis papers, proving an unwavering adherence to historic Christian orthodoxy and Reformed theological roots.
Clinical Medical Verification: The registrar audits the student’s field files to confirm active, physical competency sign-offs across our advanced medical tiers, including live peripheral IV line cannulation, phlebotomy, and diagnostic EKG lead mapping.
Pastoral & Moderator Sign-off: The applicant must submit a continuous Pastoral Endorsement and Field Service Verification Form detailing active church-core service or approved alternative off-hours corporate tracks. Final approval and formal credential conferral require the written signature and corporate clearance of our Executive Director and Moderator.
