🏛️ The RPLF Progression Model

To preserve the traditional academic gravity and historical-grammatical roots of elite fellowships, the Renewed Purpose Leadership Fellowship rejects secular grading labels. Our fellows advance through strict spiritual and educational benchmarks:

Tier 1: Catechist. Enrolled fellows undergoing core doctrinal, clinical foundation, and financial baseline evaluation.

Tier 2: Regent. Advanced fellows executing administrative, data governance, and high-level compliance modules.

Post-Graduate Ordination: Canon. The official clergy ordination title issued only to graduates who complete the Pastoral Ministry track.

Post-Graduate Commissioning: Almoner. The official commissioning title issued strictly to graduates completing the Marketplace Medicine and Christian Business stewardship tracks.

Note on Academic Status: Completion of Tier 2 coursework is highly rigorous. Fellows who successfully complete all academic criteria but choose not to enter formal ordination or commissioning pathways permanently retain the honored academic title of Regent within the fellowship.
