SPECIALIZED COHORT TRACKS
RPLF provides a rigorous, synchronized educational framework in which students are placed in collaborative peer groups. Members complete their academic blocks at the exact same weekly pace across three highly sought-after, specialized tracking paths:
The Marketplace and Christian Business Track: Engineered for professionals, corporate managers, and entrepreneurs who wish to master organizational stewardship, macroeconomics, and biblical ethics to lead secular corporate settings with uncompromised ethical standards.
The Specialized Healthcare & Medicine Track: Tailored for individuals looking to advance into clinical coordination, medical technology fields, or nursing networks. This track emphasizes healthcare infrastructure, patient-care delivery models, and active medical asset management.
The Community Care & Spiritual Guidance Track: Built for peer counselors, community volunteers, and localized leaders who focus on emotional triage, bereavement companioning, and active listening.
CORE DELIVERABLES: FIELD SERVICE & WELLNESS BRIEFINGS
Unlike standard online programs that remain purely theoretical, RPLF mandates that academic knowledge translates immediately into community care through two non-negotiable operational checkpoints:
Mandatory Local Field Service: Students adhere to a high-accountability schedule. While navigating their digital lectures and reading baseline materials, working professionals satisfy their service requirements during flexible, off-hours tracks. This includes late-night community care, weekend property maintenance, or principle-based corporate care, all logged accurately on a supervisor verification sheet.
Community Wellness Advocacy: Anchored in our core motto—“Pietas in Deum et Salus Omnibus” (God-Centered Devotion and Wellness for All)—every student acts as an advocate for physical and financial stewardship. Cohort members must construct and deliver formal Wellness Briefings to their local congregations, combining spiritual devotion with practical guidance on physical health, personal budgeting, and long-term asset management.
THE INSTITUTIONAL ACHIEVEMENT HIERARCHY
To recognize rigorous academic performance and extensive field service, RPLF maintains three distinct, auditable milestones. These advancements correspond to classical academic governance, establishing clear stages for student credibility:
Step 1: Catechist (Vetted Learner Baseline)
The title refers to a disciplined learner undergoing foundational shaping, spiritual trials, and structural baseline training. Conferred upon cohort students who complete their initial core coursework, maintain an institutional GPA of 2.5 or higher, log forty (40) hours of verified on-site field service, and successfully finish their first professional briefing defense. The registrar issues an official transcript, clearing the student to proceed into higher specialization blocks.
Step 2: Regent (Administrative Supervisor)
A title associated with advanced educational governance, referring to a leader who has gained expertise in regional coordination, institutional structure, and localized cohort management. Conferred on advanced students who complete their secondary specialization block, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher, develop a comprehensive community outreach model, and successfully defend a formal hub development proposal before the regional faculty. Regents are authorized to act as regional coordinators or establish an independent RPLF training extension hub.
Step 3: Canon / Almoner (Ordained Advanced Status)
The highest achievement within the fellowship, combining the deep experience of an ordained doctrinal guardian Canon, with the practical wellness and resource distribution capabilities of an ordained Almoner. Conferred upon elite candidates who successfully complete the full RPLF program curriculum, log a minimum of 190 verified hours of supervised local care, maintain a 3.00 GPA, and deliver at least eight (8) formal Community Wellness Briefings. This status authorizes the leader to act as a preventative health advocate, conduct asset mapping, and coordinate peer support counseling under direct RPLF clinical protocol.
