ADMISSIONS & NON-ENGLISH ADMISSIONS, GLOBAL PREREQUISITES

Welcome to RPLF Admissions

Renewed Purpose Leadership Fellowship Inc. (RPLF) seeks dedicated Christian leaders, working professionals, and emerging ministry assets from domestic contexts, South Africa, the broader African continent, and across the globe who are ready to complete high-caliber theological training and advanced crisis medical preparation. Because we operate strictly within a synchronized, community-based cohort framework through our Acts 2 Leadership Network, our admissions process is highly selective and designed to evaluate your character, academic readiness, and alignment with your local church.

We break down the geographical and financial barriers to elite higher education by operating on a completely donation-supported, crowdfunded model managed under our global Almoner Network. Our students do not incur massive tuition debt. However, in exchange for this debt-free pathway, RPLF demands uncompromised academic honesty, active weekly peer check-in accountability, and a structural commitment to hands-on community deployment, regardless of an applicant’s native country or primary language.

The Five-Step Admissions

To secure active tracking keys and enter an RPLF learning cohort, all applicants must complete our verified screening workflow:

Submit the Digital Application: Review the structural prerequisites, select your desired entry window, and complete your basic professional and educational profile.

Secure Your Pastoral Endorsement: Download the official Pastoral Endorsement and Field Service Verification Form directly from our prerequisites sub-page. A senior pastor or elder from your local church body must physically sign this form to verify your local spiritual rooting.

Secure Your Comprehensive Liability Insurance: Review and obtain your Comprehensive Liability Insurance directly from our prerequisites sub-page. Cohort participants must obtain a comprehensive liability insurance policy in their country.  Participants must upload a copy of the policy before performing any community service.

Complete the Interview & Verification: Once you scan and upload your signed endorsement form, your profile is routed to an assigned Regent for final review, local connection verification, and formal clearance by the Executive Director.

Work-Life Inclusion Tracks for Working Professionals

RPLF is uniquely organized to accommodate the demanding schedules of elite marketplace leaders, public servants, and full-time professionals who cannot volunteer or attend training during standard daytime hours. We do not allow virtual or self-paced bypasses, but we explicitly authorize the following flexible, high-utility pathways to fulfill your mandatory hands-on service and clinical medical requirements:

Off-Hours & Weekend Volunteering: Fulfill your hands-on hours via evening or weekend ministries, including local church property care, building safety/security teams, financial auditing, or audio/visual digital media management.

Principle-Based Ethical Care: Content-wise, you can satisfy your service requirements by transforming your active corporate workspace into your ministry field. Working professionals can meet this directive by launching workplace Bible studies, providing confidential, non-sectarian peer crisis mentorship, or leading ethical character-development initiatives within their respective corporations.

Intensive Weekend Clinics: All physical medical skill sign-offs—including live IV cannulation, blood draws, and EKG lead placement—are consolidated into intensive Friday-night and Saturday paths scheduled months in advance, allowing you to secure your physical competencies without missing a single day of work.

Global Access, Language Pathways, and Doctrinal Unity

RPLF is profoundly committed to the Great Commission, seeking to train, equip, and deploy crisis-ready Christian leaders across every nation and tongue. To maintain our uncompromising standard of academic integrity and cohort unity, all international and non-English applicants follow the same synchronized weekly pacing, shared catechism testing, and structural local church accountability as our domestic tracks.

Non-English applicants are strategically assigned to specialized language-specific cohort bands as localized translation infrastructure, bilingual Regents, and translated curriculum modules are deployed into their respective global regions.

International Prerequisite & Verification Policies

To secure active platform keys and enter an RPLF international cohort, international applicants must satisfy specific screening and translation protocols during their active admissions window:

Certified Transcript Translations: Applicants must provide official, high-resolution scans of their prior academic transcripts, high school diplomas, or university records. If the original documents are not in English, they must include an official, certified English translation to verify educational prerequisites.

Local Pastoral Endorsement: Language or geographical barriers do not excuse a candidate from our mandatory Church-Based Core. Applicants from South Africa, the African continent, and beyond must have their local senior pastor or elder complete and sign the Pastoral Endorsement and Field Service Verification Form. If a translated version of the form is not yet available in the applicant’s native language, the local pastor must sign the English version, and a bilingual Regent will contact the local church to verify the connection.

Language Competency Assessment: For cohorts that utilize mixed-language or English-based learning management systems, applicants may be required to complete a baseline digital language proficiency assessment. This ensures they can successfully navigate the rigorous historical-grammatical exegesis modules and advanced medical theory testing.

How Global Cohorts Synchronize (Managing Load-Shedding & Infrastructure).

RPLF completely rejects self-paced, isolated online learning, even across international time zones. Our global delivery model functions with strict, synchronized harmony, intentionally acknowledging and accommodating regional infrastructure realities such as load-shedding and power grid fluctuations:

Asynchronous Lectures, Synchronized Deadlines: International students stream or download their theological and medical lectures asynchronously during the week to accommodate regional time differences. To help students in regions with severe load-shedding schedules manage power outages, lectures and study packets are fully downloadable for offline study. However, all assignment submissions, testing windows, and catechism checkpoints remain locked to a uniform, weekly cohort deadline.

Localized Weekend Practical Clinics: Local teams manage hands-on emergency medical skill sign-offs (including CAT tourniquet packing, live IV fluid lines, and EKG lead mapping). RPLF coordinates with regional Regents and local church hubs in South Africa and beyond to run intensive, hands-on weekend medical clinics, ensuring international graduates become highly sought-after, crisis-ready first-line assets.

Almoner Resource Transitivity: Through our global crowdfunding initiatives, the Almoner Network actively ships physical trauma equipment, medical lab tools, and translated training manuals directly into international cohort fields, completely subsidizing the cost of physical readiness for underprivileged global leaders.
