RPLF Cohort Operating Directives
RPLF Cohort Operating Directives
Academic Governance and Cohort Expectations
Welcome to the Renewed Purpose Leadership Fellowship Inc. (RPLF) Student Handbook. This document establishes the operational rules, academic policies, and behavioral expectations required to maintain our high-accountability cohort model. Every student enrolled under our Acts 2 Leadership Network operates under these binding guidelines.
📚 Synchronized Pacing & Attendance
RPLF does not operate as a self-paced, unmonitored digital course. All students progress through theological modules and crisis medical lab assignments at an identical, weekly pacing schedule.
Weekly Check-ins: Students must participate in weekly peer-to-peer accountability video calls or localized cohort discussion boards.
Pacing Violations: Missing two consecutive weekly checkpoints without prior written approval from an assigned Regent will trigger an automatic administrative pause, preventing forward progress into the subsequent academic term.
⛪ Mandatory Field Service & Church Attendance
Every active student must maintain continuous, hands-on engagement with a local, Bible-believing congregation or corporate community care setting.
Working Professional Accommodations: Full-time workers may fulfill their hours through alternative tracks, including off-hours technical support, weekend property management, or principle-based ethical care within their respective corporate spaces.
Oversight Verification: Students must submit a monthly field service log digitally signed by their local senior pastor or senior elder to confirm ongoing character verification and hands-on service.
🏥 Medical Lab Absences & Competency Standards
Our 2-Tier Emergency Medical Curriculum requires physical, hands-on proficiency verification.
Mandatory Labs: There are no virtual or remote alternatives for Tier-3 invasive procedures (IV placement, phlebotomy) or Tier-2 diagnostic imaging.
Weekend Intrepid Clinics: Full-time workers must adjust personal calendars to attend our intensive Friday-night and Saturday practical clinics. Failure to attend a scheduled clinic results in an automatic hold on the student’s graduation awards.
📜 Doctrinal Respect & Conduct
While RPLF functions as a non-denominational educational fellowship welcoming called leaders from diverse backgrounds, all students must remain respectful of our historical Reformed theological baseline throughout their studies. Disruptive, uncharitable conduct during peer discussions or systemic resistance to our shared Catechism baseline will be routed directly to the Executive Director and Moderator for disciplinary review, which may result in an immediate update to application status or formal removal.
Notice of Independent Professional Certification & Exam Fee Administration
1. Independent Certification Authority
Renewed Purpose Leadership Fellowship (RPLF) is a religious training institution dedicated to equipping candidates for ordained and licensed ministries. RPLF awards internal, non-degree Academic Certificates of Course Completion and Ministerial Competency. RPLF does not grant professional healthcare licenses or national certifications. The eight allied health certification pathways offered within the Guild of Marketplace Wellness & Stewardship are strictly preparation programs designed to qualify eligible students to sit for independent, third-party national examinations administered by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
2. Institutional Responsibility vs. Candidate Responsibility
Successfully completing an RPLF vocational track validates your academic and practical readiness. However, the NHA awards any professional credential solely at its discretion, based on meeting its strict testing requirements, identity verification, and passing scores. RPLF does not guarantee that any student will pass an external national exam or secure secular employment based on program completion.
3. Examination Fees and Voucher Administration
External Fee Standard: Costs associated with the NHA national certification exams, study materials, and practice portals are set strictly by the National Healthcareer Association and may change without institutional notice. These fees are entirely separate from RPLF’s internal tuition and ministerial program costs.
Voucher Distribution: Depending on the specific student enrollment agreement or active cohort funding models (e.g., Institution Pay vs. Candidate Pay structures), exam access vouchers may be distributed to qualifying students.
Eligibility Criteria for Vouchers: To receive an institutional exam voucher or registration authorization through the RPLF-NHA portal, students must meet all academic prerequisites. This includes maintaining a minimum grade threshold, fulfilling all mandatory community service/practical training hours, and receiving an official endorsement from their respective Guild.
Voucher Limitations: Vouchers are non-transferable, have strict expiration dates dictated by the testing window, and have no cash value. RPLF is not financially responsible for replacing expired, lost, or forfeited vouchers resulting from a student’s failure to schedule or attend a confirmed examination session.
